ROADS users and potential ROADS users,

This is a questionnaire to survey existing and potential ROADS gateway users. The information gathered here will be used by the ROADS team and members of the DESIRE project only. We would like you to complete it even if you have a long standing relationship with the ROADS team and we know you well. This will ensure our records are as up to date as possible.

Please complete the questionnaire no later than Friday the 30th of November 1998.

Personal information collected will be kept securely by the ROADS team and will not be placed on any server which might be spidered by Web robots. If you have any questions about any of the above please don't hesitate to contact us.
